What's included in a Sos Stays workforce booking?
Every stay is fully furnished with free WiFi, plus one point of contact for anything that comes up — questions, issues, or extending the dates. Exact amenities vary by property, so we'll confirm specifics before you commit.
Is serviced accommodation better than hotels for workers?
For anything longer than a week, generally yes — a furnished house or apartment gives a crew more space and one invoice instead of a room-by-room hotel bill. For a night or two, a hotel is still the simpler option.
What is the minimum length of stay for a corporate booking?
Corporate bookings have a one-month minimum. If you need something shorter, tell us your dates anyway and we'll point you straight on whether we can help.
Can you accommodate larger crews of 20 or more workers?
Yes. For larger headcounts we check our managed properties and our landlord network, and put together either one larger property or several units close together so the crew stays as one. Tell us the number of people and the county, and we'll confirm what's realistic for your dates.
Can the booking be invoiced to our company, and is VAT included?
Yes — corporate bookings are invoiced to the company with a single invoice covering the stay. VAT and taxes are applied as applicable, and we'll confirm the exact breakdown with your options so everything is clear before you commit.
What happens if our project dates change or overrun?
Tell your dedicated contact as soon as you know. Extensions are subject to availability — we'll extend you in the same property where we can, and if not we'll look to move the crew to another property. There's no lease to break, so we can move fast.
Is parking available for vans and work vehicles?
Parking varies by property. If your crew is travelling with vans, plant or multiple vehicles, tell us at the brief stage and we'll only put forward options where parking works — and confirm it in writing before you commit.
Can you source accommodation near our specific site, outside the counties you list?
Louth, Clare, Wexford and Wicklow are where we're live today, but we're expanding along the east coast and into the mid-west. Send the brief with your exact work location and dates — if we can cover it through our network we'll say so, and if it's on our expansion list we'll add you and let you know when it goes live.
